Blaze Events LLC. Rental Agreement
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent venue.
No loitering is permitted outside or around the venue space.
Early entry for setup is not permitted unless additional time is rented.
Due to holidays and peak seasons prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Blaze Events is a non-smoking facility, violation of this policy will result in the shutdown of your event, and the forfeiture of all payments/deposits paid. The renter will also be prohibited from future rentals.
Renters are not permitted to stay longer than the booked rental time. No exceptions. Please be sure to book enough time for your event, including setup, cleanup, and removal of items brought in.
If the Renter stays longer than the booked rental time, the security deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions. It is essential that your rental ends on time.
Blaze Events is best suited for 1- 49 guests. 49 is the maximum capacity, per fire code.
Each Renter is liable for space and their guests during the rental period. Once the studio is inspected for cleanliness, time usage, and damage, the appropriate deposit amount will be refunded within five business days, if applicable.
The Renter will be responsible for fixing/replacing damaged items should anything become damaged during the rental. Please bring these items to our attention as soon as the incident occurs.
Food can be brought in or catered by a 3rd-party vendor. NO cooking allowed on-site, food warmers are allowed.
You are not permitted to sell tickets or accept payments at the door for your event hosted at our venue.
Rental of Blaze Events includes access to 1000 Sq ft. of open-concept space, 75″ TV, Free WIFI, a variety of banquet, round, and bistro tables, folding chairs, and stools.
Blaze Events comes equipped with a utility door for your convenience.
Blaze Events LLC. reserves the right to cancel any rental for any reason at any time. In the event we should cancel the rental due to no part of the renter, all deposits paid will be refunded in full, within three business days. (Please note this is up to the owner's discretion).
Please make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed before your rental. In the event of an emergency, you may contact us by phone at: 205.259.7824. All non-emergency calls will be answered on the next business day.
All renters are responsible for the following items. Failure to carry out these items will result in loss of security deposit.
Leave the venue, amenities, and parking area in the condition it is found upon entry.
All items brought in by the renter must be removed at the end of your rental.
No items are to be left overnight or brought in early.
All trash should be removed from the venue and placed in the dumpster on-site.
Spills should be cleaned up promptly. The floor should be swept (mop if needed). Cleaning supplies are provided.
"Only items rented and approved by Blaze Events LLC before the event are authorized for use. Any usage of unauthorized amenities or supplies will result in the loss of the security deposit. All contents within the venue are the exclusive property of Blaze Events LLC. Removal or damage to any items will result in the loss of the security deposit and may result in legal action."
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may lead to the cancellation of your event. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation within 48 Hours of Booking:
If you cancel your event within 48 hours of booking, a full refund of all monies paid will be issued within 3 business days to the same method of payment.
Cancellation After 48 Hours but Within 7 Business Days of Event:
If your event is canceled after 48 hours of booking but within 7 business days of your event date, you forfeit your deposit/booking fee. Any additional payments made will be credited to your account for use within 6 months.
Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Event:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of all money paid, including the deposit/booking fee and any additional payments.
Notification:
It is the responsibility of the renter to notify us of any cancellations within the specified time frames. Notifications should be sent via email: blazeevents23@gmail.
Credit for Future Events:
The credit accrued from cancellations within 7 business days of the event can be used for booking another event within the next 6 months.
Refund Process:
Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of booking will be processed within 3 business days to the same method of payment.
By booking our venue, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please be advised that Blaze Events LLC. and its representatives are not responsible for any damage to personal property or bodily injuries that may occur during the event. It is the responsibility of the renter and attendees to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines.
